  • Fixture Replacement Program
    • Get up to 2 new toilets, new showerheads, and faucet aerators installed for FREE with the City of Evans Fixture Replacement Program. There's no catch!     • $25 discounted garden kits for Evans residents! Gardens are professionally designed and use water wise plants well suited to Evans.
