Community Master Plan

The Community Master Plan, last updated in 2022, takes a 30,000-foot view of where the Evans community is and where it wants to go in future years. This detailed strategic plan outlines community priorities, prospects for growth, identifies the challenges the City could potentially face in the future. All aspects of the community - infrastructure, City services, policing, recreation and tourism, open space preservation, demographics, commercial development and housing are examined in-depth.
