Permits are required for furnaces, lawn sprinkler systems, air-conditioners, fireplaces, water heaters, and re-roofs. You may fill out the on-line permit application or print off an application. Refer to the One Stop Building Application.
Permits are also required for remodels, additions, basement finishing and similar projects. Refer to the Addition/Remodel Building Application.
Please note that only electronic submittals are accepted at this time and all included documents must be in PDF format. As of January 4, 2022, all contractors are asked to submit applications directly through Community Core.

If a permit is about to expire or is expired you may request an extension online or print a form. Please advised that permit extensions are limited to 180 days past the expired date.
A sign permit must be obtained for all temporary, permanent, and replacement signs.
