Refund Request Form

Any refund request made after initial registration is subject to a 10% service charge until the first day of the program.

Through the first week of the program, 50% of registration fee is refundable.

After the first week of the program, no refunds will be given.

All classes or programs cancelled due to insufficient participants will result in a full refund given within two weeks after cancellation.

Refunds will be given for program fees only. 

NOTE: At least a 10% service charge will be applied to all check and credit card refunds. 

If payment was made with cash or check, please allow 2-4 weeks for refund check to be sent in the mail.

If payment was made with a credit card, refund will be processed to the credit card used.
