Wednesdays | 12-12:45 p.m.
A follow the leader style whole body movement class that emphasizes improving range of motion, balance and strength. Functional movement for a functional life. This class will utilize calisthenics and body weight for resistance.

Zumba
$48 for an 8 week session
Thursdays | 6-7p.m.
Dance your way to a healthier you with a fitness program that works for everybody and every body! "We take the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Total Body Blast
$48 for an 8 week session
Fridays | 11-11:45am
A circuit style weight lifting class that utilizes free weights to improve whole body mobility, stability, strength and endurance. Each week will highlight a different category to break down these functional concepts.

SHiNE Dance Fitness
$48 for an 8 week session
Saturdays | 9-10am
SHiNE Dance Fitness mixes current hit music with original choreography for the ultimate confidence-boosting, full body workout experience you didn't know you needed!
