Pavilion Rentals

Many of our City's parks have pavilions available for rental.

City Park Pavilion
3929 Golden Street

This is Evans' oldest park. It offers a variety of uses including a large picnic pavilion, baseball field, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, basketball court, restrooms and a new playground.

Village Park Pavilion
3700 17th Ave

Village Park is a beautiful park that includes two lighted tennis courts, new playground equipment, sand volleyball, picnic pavilion, restrooms and a basketball court.

Renaissance Park - no electrical or restroom
3501 Sienna Avenue

This park in the Tuscany Subdivision features an ADA accessible playground, picnic shelter and a large open area for play.

Prairie View Park Pavilion
4100 Harbor Lane

This is one of Evans' newer parks that includes a picnic pavilion, restrooms, basketball court, playground & soccer field. This park also has Evans' only skate park, located next to the park pavilion.

Ridge Park - no electrical or restroom
2426 Bluebells Drive

Ridge Park offers four small, single bench picnic shelters, and one large pavilion. It also has a large soccer-sized open turf area and a playground.

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR UPON RESERVATION. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION.

PARKS POLICIES

  • Park hours are from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 
  • Only the pavilion area is reserved. The restrooms and general park area will continue to be open to the public.
  • No glass containers of any type are allowed in any park.
  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed as long as it is 6% alcohol content or less and are not in glass containers.
  • Controlled, leased dogs are allowed in City owned parks, trails and open space. Dog waste must be cleaned up per City Code, section 6.04.130.
  • No motorized vehicles are allowed within the boundaries of any park area without expressed written consent of the Operations and Parks Manager. Absolutely no vehicles allowed on the turf or sidewalks at any time. 
  • It is unlawful for any person to injure, damage, remove, destroy or deface any park facility, tree, flower, shrub, vine or any property or to commit any act of vandalism.
  • Failure to obey park rules and regulations, unruly or intoxicated members of a group, or harassment of park or city personnel will warrant law enforcement response and eviction from park property. 
  • Facility permit must be available at the facility during time of use by the patron. Bring all paperwork with you to your rental.
  • Absolutely no pinatas allowed. Any evidence of pinata use will result in extra clean up charges.
  • DUNK TANKS and INFLATABLES are NOT ALLOWED IN ANY PARK.
  • Restroom facilities are only available seasonally (typically May to the end of September). Call 475-1125 for details.
