With spaces of varying sizes and with different amenities, the Evans Community Complex and Riverside Library & Cultural Center assure the City has the space to accommodate your rental needs. We can cater to groups of different sizes and with a variety of needs. These spaces are prefect for family events or business meetings. Riverside Library & Cultural Center

Featuring state-of-the-art projection and audio systems, the Riverside Library & Cultural Center (RLCC) Banquet Hall can be utilized as three separate rooms accommodating up to 300 attendees. Rental of the full Banquet Hall is required for events held May though September. The RLCC combines style and sophistication with the rich history of Evans to provide the perfect venue for any event at an affordable cost. The flexibility of the Banquet Hall space supports the perfect:

General Information

A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required upon signing the contract to secure the reservation. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the rental. Set up of tables and chairs included with every rental.
Staging area convenient for caterers
Rooms are available:
Sunday-Thursday from 6 am – 10 pm
Friday and Saturday from 6 am – 12 am
There is a four-hour minimum for all weekend rentals
Weekend rentals will be provided the opportunity to decorate rooms for no more than four hours on the day of the rental at a discounted price of $50/hr.
Alcohol is allowed at the RLCC but must be arranged prior to final payment date with Quality Mixology 970-576-2044. Alcohol options available, additional bartending fees will apply.
Security Fee is applied when alcohol is served at an event. Fee includes the presence of one security guard per 100 people. Rentals exceeding eight hours will incur an additional $100/hour Security Fee.

*Damage deposits are refundable, pending no damages to the room or facility and all guests leave the facility on time.

Evans Community Complex Banquet Hall

The Banquet Hall at the Evans Community Complex can be rented as one large room capable of holding up to 220 people or divided into smaller rooms. There is a convenient full service catering kitchen with a curbside loading area available. You can choose any caterer for your event or keep it simple and serve your own refreshments. The Banquet Hall also has a dance floor area and outside patio area. This space is great for:

Recognition ceremonies

Evans Community Complex Activity Room

The Activity Room can hold up to 55 people and is equipped with an adult and youth sink, counter space, and a sound system. There is also access to a small fenced-in grass area next to the room. This smaller room is an amazing venue for:
