Facility Rentals
With spaces of varying sizes and with different amenities, the Evans Community Complex and Riverside Library & Cultural Center assure the City has the space to accommodate groups of different sizes and rental needs, such as:
- Wedding receptions
- Quinceañeras
- Birthday parties
- Employee recognition events
- Family reunions
- Classes and workshops
- Community luncheons
General Information
- A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required upon signing the contract to secure the reservation. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the rental. Set up of tables and chairs included with every rental.
- There is a four-hour minimum for all weekend rentals
- Weekend rentals will be provided the opportunity to decorate rooms for no more than four hours on the day of the rental at a discounted price of $50/hr.
- Alcohol is allowed at either facility but must be arranged prior to final payment date with Quality Mixology 970-576-2044. Alcohol options available, additional bartending fees will apply.
- Security Fee is applied when alcohol is served at an event. Fee includes the presence of at least one security guard during the entirety of the event.
- You can choose any caterer for your event or keep it simple and serve your own refreshments.
Damage Deposits
Rental without Alcohol: $250*
Rental with Alcohol: $500*
*Damage deposits are refundable, pending no damages to the room or facility and all guests leave the facility on time.

Riverside Library & Cultural Center
Featuring state-of-the-art projection and audio systems, the Riverside Library & Cultural Center (RLCC) Banquet Hall can be utilized as one large space or divided into 3 smaller spaces. The RLCC combines style and sophistication with the rich history of Evans to provide the perfect venue for any event at an affordable cost. Rental of the full Banquet Hall is required for events held on Saturdays in the months of May through September.

Evans Community Complex Banquet Hall
The Banquet Hall at the Evans Community Complex can be utilizes as one large space or divided into 2 smaller spaces. The Banquet Hall has a dance floor area and outside patio area. Rental of the full Banquet Hall is required for events held on Saturdays in the months of May through September.

The Activity Room can hold up to 55 people and is equipped with an adult and youth sink, counter space, and a sound system. There is also access to a small fenced-in grass area next to the room.

Evans Community Complex Dance Studio
The Dance Studio can accommodate up to 55 individuals, has an adult and youth sink, counter space, and a sound system. This mirrored room has a hardwood floor making it great not only as a dance studio, but also smaller events or classes.
