The project is moving closer to completion and the City has told the contractors that the road needs to be opened prior to the start of the school year. With that being said, mother nature has had different plans for the majority of the project. The forecast next week looks promising!

The City is still shooting for the middle of August for the roundabout to open, weather permitting.

Project Updates:

This Week: Week of July 31st

• Sign placement and installation.
• Landscaping.
• Cleaning up the road (sweeping) to prepare for striping.
• Striping.

Next Week: Week of August 7th (WEATHER PERMITTING)

• Seed and mulch placement.
• Street signs installed.
• Final clean-up.
• Road opening. (This is tentative and subject to change)
