2025 Major Roads Projects to Begin April 7

Today the City will begin the first of several major road work projects scheduled for the spring and summer seasons. Concrete replacement work that will address decrepit sidewalks and adjacent curb & gutter areas along 17th Avenue got underway this morning; parking along the shoulders may be impacted. Work will take place from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Following the completion of the concrete work (tentatively scheduled for for April 18, weather dependent), crews will begin mill & overlay work on 17th Avenue between 32nd and 37th Streets, which will result in traffic being limited to one lane at a time.
