Watering Restrictions and Seasonal Recommendations
The City of Evans has Outdoor Watering Policies effective between April 15 and October 15.
Outdoor watering is allowed on scheduled days except between the hours of noon and 5pm.
- Single-family homes with even-numbered addresses shall only water lawns on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week.
- Single-family homes with odd-numbered addresses shall only water lawns on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday of each week.
- Multi-family residents or apartments shall only water lawns on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday of each week.
Watering mid-day leads to loss of water through evaporation from the sun.
