The City prepares the annual budget in accordance with City of Evans Home Rule Charter and the State of Colorado budget law. The annual budget for each fiscal year is adopted by City Council in October for the following year. The most recent budgets are available here.
The City posts our monthly check register online in support of transparency with City finances.
