Plumbing and electrical contractors must provide their state license numbers on each permit application.

Business and Sales Tax License Application

General Contractors are required to have a current business license regardless of where your business is located.  Please fill out the following form and it can be returned to our Finance Department by mail or in person along with the payment of $25 payable with cash or check, credit cards are not accepted. Please call our business and sales tax license specialist with business license relate questions at 970-475-1109.

If your business is home-based, you must also complete the Home Occupation Certificate Form.
