     Community Development is divided into: 

    Planning Division

    provides guidance and reviews applications for land use (zoning) and land division (subdivision / development)

 
    Building Division

    reviews building permit applications for new construction, remodels, demolitions, electrical and more

 
    Neighborhood Services 

   community engagement (party and clean-up trailer reservations, tree-planting reimbursement, community art) and code enforcement (keeping Evans looking good)
