Founded in 1962 by Neil Clark, Biltrite has been designing, building and installing signs in the area for 63 years. Neil’s granddaughter Nicole continues the family business today and her husband, Scott Riley, is now the General Manager. A family business since the beginning, Biltrite has eight employees – the majority of which have been with the company for many years.

When asked why Biltrite likes doing business in Evans, Riley responded: “The Evans city staff is great to work with and we appreciate their focus on choosing businesses located in Evans that can do the work they need. We have been contacted by city staff numerous times to see if there are things they could do to help support our business beyond just buying from us. Evans is a great location to easily access a lot of different places in the region. We are close to 2 major highways that lead to a lot of key areas for our sign work.”
