Temporary Vendors License
Pursuant to Chapter 5.12, it is unlawful for any temporary vendor to engage in any such business within the city without first obtaining a license/permit therefor in compliance with the provisions of the Evans Municipal Code.
The following forms must be completed before a license can be issued:
- Temporary Vendor Application
- Background Check Authorization
- Business & Sales Tax License

City Business & Sales Tax License | $25.00 |
Background check (in-state) | $20.00 |
